Potential Pathways for You to Earn Your Degree
Students who complete the specified CD module are eligible to waive the CityU course. A course waiver does not grant academic credit; it eliminates the need to take the specified course for degree completion.
The Coding Dojo modules listed below provide students with knowledge that may enable them to earn credit in lieu of taking the listed course by completing a course challenge at CityU. Students may identify additional courses from previous studies that they believe provide them with the knowledge necessary to challenge additional courses on their program plan. Students may attempt a maximum of 25% of the total credits required to graduate from the program of student. Course challenges are graded on a Pass/No Pass basis. If the challenge receives a passing grade, equivalent to 2.0 or above for undergraduate, or 3.0 or above for graduate/doctoral courses, the course is recorded on the transcript as a CityU transfer credit.
